A 39-year-old Florida man was arrested Monday for threatening to launch rockets at a U.S. Navy helicopter that was flying over his house.
Deputies say Michael Angelo Robulock, 39, of Marathon, was charged with threatening to discharge a destructive device.
Robulock told the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office that the military was flying helicopters over his residence, adding that he would launch rockets at them if they flew below 1,000 feet.
