The Florida Lottery announced Friday that Alexander Randall, 31, of Port Orange, claimed a $2 million top prize from the $10 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Headquarters in Tallahassee.

The Florida Lottery announced Friday that Alexander Randall, 31, of Port Orange, claimed a $2 million top prize from the $10 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Headquarters in Tallahassee.

Randall chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,370,000.00.

Randall purchased his winning ticket from 7-Eleven, located at 207 Dunlawton Avenue in Port Orange. The retailer will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $10 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game launched in January and features more than 10 million winning tickets and over $261 million in cash prizes, including eight top prizes of $2 million! The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-3.45.

Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 72 percent of ticket sales in fiscal year 2022-2023.

Since inception, Scratch-Off games have generated more than $18.09 billion for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF).
