A Florida man has been arrested and charged after a 16-year-old girl accidentally cut him off in traffic and the man punched her in the face, with a closed fist.
According to Tampa Police Department, 47-year-old Stephen Irvin Saunders IV, an investment banker in Tampa, was cut off by the 16-year-old girl around 10:30 pm on Dec. 16.
Police say, Saunders, became “enraged” and followed the teen to an intersection to get in front of her car. While at the intersection, Saunders exited his Porsche and approached the girl yelling, “what the f*ck are you doing? You stupid bit*ch. You cut me off!”
Police say the girl’s window was down and clearly heard the words. Saunders then reached into the girl’s car and punched her in the face with a closed fist.
According to police, the teen suffered “soreness and bruising to the left side of her jaw.” Police also say the teen girl has a very “youthful appearance.”
Saunders was charged with Burglary of a Conveyance with Assault or Battery, a felony in Florida.
He was booked into the Hillsborough County jail and released on a $15,000 bond.
