The Jeep driver that crashed into a Florida home, causing thousands of dollars in damage, was located and arrested on Friday—weeks after driving the same Jeep seen lodged in this home.
52-year-old Brian Richard Allen is the owner of the Jeep, but denied being involved in the crash, deputies say.

On Friday, Deputy Eric Day, with Martin County Sheriff’s Office, who obtained a warrant for Allen’s arrest in the case, was on Indian River Drive when Allen drove past him.
The deputy made a traffic stop and took Allen into custody.
The night of the crash, witnesses said they saw a man and woman jump out of the vehicle and take off after crashing into the home located in Ocean Breeze Park.
Through investigative means, Deputy Day put Allen behind the wheel the night of the crash– and secured three warrants for his arrest.
Allen was taken to the Martin County Jail and charged with leaving the scene of a crash with property damage.
