A Florida man has been jailed after attacking a CVS employee while screaming at President Joe Biden.
According to investigators, on Sunday 29-year-old David Frick went into a CVS location in Gainesville and started punching a female employee.
After falling, Police say Frick got on top of the woman and continued punching her.
A good Samaritan who was in the store shopping, tackled Frick to stop the attack, and then he punched the customer in the face and ran out of the store, according to the arrest report.
Police say the CVS Pharmacy employee’s nose may be broken and that the man yelled, “F*** Joe Biden” during the attack.
Both of the victims told investigators they did not know Frick and had never seen him before.
Police caught up with Frick shortly after and detained him.

Investigators say the employee had a bloody lip and possibly a broken nose and the customer had swelling on his face.
Police charged Frick with felony battery.
Frick has a prior conviction for battery on a law enforcement officer for pushing a nurse at the Alachua County jail. Frick’s sentence included receiving treatment for mental health illness.
