PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A Florida man is in jail after putting two baggies of methamphetamine into his child’s backpack.

On Thursday, April 20, 2023, detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit arrested 49-year-old Joseph Dombrowsky on one charge of Child Neglect.

The investigation began after school administrators contacted law enforcement advising that the child handed their teacher two clear plastic baggies with a crystal-like substance inside and told them their dad put them in their backpack.
