A 50-year-old Florida man was arrested Thursday after stealing approximately $950 worth of seafood from a Stock Island business.
Luis Alsanio Manser of Key West, was charged with multiple counts of larceny, fraud, and criminal mischief.
In security video footage, Manser was witnessed breaking into The Docks on Front Street and stealing shrimp and lobster tails.

He then attempted to sell the seafood to a Tom Thumb Food Store clerk on Maloney Avenue, using a stolen credit card to make a purchase.
Manser was also charged with attempting to burglarize El Mocho restaurant on Maloney Avenue during the same period.
He was arrested and booked into the Monroe County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
