A Florida man was arrested after Deputies found him ‘using’ a pickle outside of a private residence, with nothing on below the waist.
According to investigators, Deputies were dispatched on a suspicious person call when the responding deputy spotted 47-year-old Eric Detiege laying flat on his back, with no pants, or undies, and on a private property in Oldsmar.
In the affidavit, the deputy said that Detiege, “had his penis in one hand and a large uneaten pickle in the other.
Elaborating a bit further, the deputy reported that Detiege was penetrating his rectum with the pickle, while he masturbated.
The incident was reported to happen at 4:40 pm on March 14, 2021.
Detiege pleaded no contest to the exposure charge and was sentenced to the time served in Pinellas County Jail, 92 days, and was ordered to pay fines, fees, and court costs of $550.00.
Detiege, who has a lengthy criminal history of trespassing, littering, and battery charges, to name a few, was arrested again in Hillsborough County on June 28, 2021, for Trespassing and released two days later on his recognizance.
According to arrest records, Detiege has been arrested in Hillsborough County 58 times dating back to August of 1995.
His Pinellas arrest record rings in at 6 arrests dating back to 2018 to include theft and resisting arrest with violence.

Why is this person not in jail or some kind of mental instute?
I dont think a mental institution, or a jail cell is what he needs, maybe for doing this in public he needs some jail time defiantly. I think what he really needed was another penis in place of the pickle and judging by the way he looks a pickle was all he could get. So sad that people cannot find willing participants, to get pleasured in the privacy of there own homes.
