A 44-year-old Florida man was arrested in Georgia after an investigation found that he had been sexually molesting a child.
Joseph Kaspryzk, age 44, of Southport has been charged on five counts of Lewd & Lascivious Battery, one count of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation, and two counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.
On May 17, 2022, an investigation began into Kaspryzk’s illegal sexual conduct with a minor. Investigators spoke with the victim who disclosed Kaspryzk sexually abused her on multiple occasions during the last few months.
Access to the victim’s social media accounts were obtained, and incriminating messages between Kaspryzk and the victim were located by investigators.

Investigators obtained warrants for Kasprsyk, charging him with five counts of Lewd & Lascivious Battery and one count of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation. It was learned that Kaspryzk fled the area shortly before the investigation commenced.
Kasprzyk was arrested in Carrollton, GA on May 25, 2022, by the US Marshal Service.
Investigators worked with the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office to conduct a search warrant at the Kaspryzk’s residence, where he was arrested. His cell phone was located and provided to BCSO.
A search warrant to examine Kasprzyk’s phone was then obtained. During a review of the data, investigators located videos filmed by Kasprzyk which depicted him sexually abusing the victim. Investigators then added two additional counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.
Kasprzyk is originally from New York and was previously a registered sex offender in the State of New York. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
