An 18-year-old Florida man, Skylar Snyder, surrendered to authorities Thursday following accusations of selling the gun used in the accidental shooting of a 13-year-old boy last month.
The incident, which occurred in Port Orange on July 27th, left the young victim paralyzed from the waist down.
Investigators revealed that Snyder had sold two firearms to minors involved in the incident, with one of the weapons being the one used in the shooting.
