A 52-year-old Florida man was arrested Monday after attacking a motorist who he claimed was driving carelessly.
Michael Todd Tillman, 52, was charged with burglary with a battery.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office was called to Jane Place in Key Largo at approximately 6:41 p.m. regarding a battery that occurred in a vehicle.
According to deputies, the victim stated the suspect, later identified as Tillman, jumped in front of a Ford Mustang he was driving at Michelle Drive and Plant Place.

The victim stated Tillman opened his door without consent, punched him in the face multiple times, and tried to drag him out of the car by his hair.
Tillman was found nearby and admitted to hitting the victim because the victim was driving carelessly around the neighborhood, deputies say.
Tillman was booked into the Monroe County Jail on one felony charge of Burglary With Assualt Or Battery.
