Florida Law Enforcement Operations Result In 18 Arrests Of Sexual Predators And Offenders

Joint investigations by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and various county and city law enforcement agencies have led to the arrests of 18 sexual predators and sexual offenders in Alachua and Columbia counties.

FDLE investigators partnered with the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO), the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), the Lake City Police Department, the Florida Department of Corrections, and the State Attorney’s Office for the Third Judicial Circuit to conduct residential address checks as part of two operations.

These operations focused on warrant checks, confirming immigration status, and identifying potential registration violations.

In Alachua County, FDLE and ACSO investigators conducted a three-day operation, visiting 134 addresses to verify compliance with Florida’s sexual offender and predator registration laws. The operation resulted in multiple arrests for non-compliance. Six offenders were taken to the Alachua County jail, and two were turned over to immigration officials.

FDLE and CCSO investigators conducted a four-day operation in Columbia County, checking 345 addresses for registration compliance. This operation led to 10 arrests, including eight sexual offenders and two sexual predators. 281 addresses were verified during this operation.

  • Benjamin Fulton, sexual offender
  • Khamron W.D. Robinson, sexual offender
  • Cendrick Lerone Williams, sexual offender
  • Khristine Juanita Valerino, sexual PREDATOR
  • Cuncy Dillard, sexual offender
  • Kyl Lee Johnson, sexual offender
  • Eddie Lawrence Bradley, sexual PREDATOR
  • Matthew Williams, sexual PREDATOR
  • Felipe Dominguez, sexual offender
  • Michael Steve Willis, sexual offender
  • James Andrew Depoe, sexual offender
  • Ronald Wilton Riggs, sexual offender
  • Jimmy Mazon, sexual offender
  • Rufus Ray, sexual offender
  • Jonathon Leigh Crary, sexual offender
  • Todd Johnson, sexual offender
  • Kevin Lopez Quintero, sexual offender
  • Wladimir Symonette, sexual offender

FDLE’s Enforcement and Investigative Support (EIS) Unit collaborates with law enforcement agencies across Florida to ensure compliance with the state’s registration laws, which require sexual offenders and predators to report information such as residential addresses, phone numbers, vehicle information, internet identifiers, photographs, passport details, and conviction information to their local sheriff’s office.
