HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) is asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle involved in a road rage shooting incident that occurred on Interstate 275 earlier this week.

The incident took place on Monday, February 10th, around 5:00 PM near milepost 56 on the southbound lanes of I-275. A 63-year-old Lutz woman suffered a medical emergency while driving, causing her to lose control of her vehicle and collide with a road sign. Her vehicle then re-entered the travel lanes and collided with another vehicle described as a silver or white mid-sized SUV.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FHP by calling FHP (347) or Crime Stoppers at **TIPS.
