Florida Highway Patrol Troopers continue to investigate the February 18th hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a 61-year-old Plant City man. 
Suspect Vehicle Parts Located By Troopers At The Scene Of The Crash (FHP)

PLANT CITY, Fla. – Florida Highway Patrol Troopers continue to investigate the February 18th hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a 61-year-old Plant City man. 

Troopers say vehicle parts located near the crash scene indicate that the suspect vehicle is possibly a 2002-2005 model Dodge Ram or Dodge Dakota, missing its right side mirror and right front headlight.

On February 18th, troopers say the vehicle was traveling westbound on US-92, west of Pasadena Drive, when the right side struck a 61-year-old Plant City man walking along the highway shoulder.

The impact resulted in fatal injuries to the man at the crash scene. 

Following the collision, the vehicle fled the scene westbound on US-92
