Florida Gov. DeSantis Appoints Four New Members To Collier County Housing Authority

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – Governor Ron DeSantis announced today the appointment of four individuals to the Collier County Housing Authority, reinforcing the state’s commitment to supporting local housing initiatives and community development.

The newly appointed members are Randolph Cash, Danielle Hudson, Joseph Murgalo Jr., and Lindsey Touchette, each bringing a wealth of experience from diverse professional backgrounds and a strong record of community service.

Randolph Cash
A retired veteran and former President of Flamingo Air Management, Inc., Randolph Cash has extensive leadership experience. A veteran of the United States Army, he currently serves as the State Junior Vice Commander for Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Cash is also active in local business and cultural organizations, serving on the Immokalee Chamber of Commerce, the American Association of Airport Executives, and the Naples Museum of Military History Board of Directors. He earned his bachelor’s degree in politics and public affairs from the University of Miami.

Danielle Hudson
Danielle Hudson, Vice President of Public Policy for the Naples Area Board of Realtors, brings a strong background in public policy and community advocacy. An active community member, she is involved with the Big Cypress Daughters of the American Revolution, Saint Agnes Church Faith Formation, and the Women’s Foundation of Collier County Advocacy Committee.

Hudson holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science as well as a master’s degree in international relations from Salve Regina University.

Joseph Murgalo Jr.
Joseph Murgalo Jr. works as a Real Estate Advisor for Compass and is a familiar face in the Bonita Springs community.

He currently serves as President of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs and has previously been a member of the Visit Florida Board of Directors, the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, and the Royal Academy School Board. Murgalo earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maryland.

Lindsey Touchette
Lindsey Touchette serves as the Vice President of Community Engagement for the Collier Community Foundation. Highly active in community service, she sits on the board of Disaster Ready Collier County and was recognized as one of the 2025 Naples 100 by Naples Illustrated.

Touchette holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising, and applied communications from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a master’s degree in nonprofit management from the University of Central Florida.
