Gov. Ron DeSantis and the state Cabinet will meet next week on June 12, a day after it was scheduled for June 11.
Also, according to the Cabinet website, instead of appearing at the Capitol, DeSantis, Attorney General Ashley Moody, Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson, and state Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis are expected to participate by phone.

In addition, a scheduled June 12 meeting of DeSantis and the Cabinet serving as the state clemency board has been scrapped. No reasons were immediately given for the changes.
Also, a Wednesday meeting of Cabinet aides has been postponed to Friday. The agenda for the Cabinet meeting had not been posted on Tuesday.
