Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power released a statement Wednesday about the upcoming endorsement vote for President Donald J Trump.

“The results of Iowa and New Hampshire make it clear that President Trump is the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party. Governor Ron DeSantis, Senator Marco Rubio, and Senator Rick Scott have all called for us to unite behind Donald Trump. To that end the Republican Party of Florida will hold a formal vote to endorse President Trump at our annual meeting on February 10th.  It is time for Republicans to come together and put 100% of our focus on defeating Joe Biden and his failed administration in November,” said Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power.

Chairman Dean Black, who will make the motion to endorse said, “This primary is over and the Florida GOP is united behind President Trump! Floridians can’t afford four more years of Crooked Joe Biden’s doddering weakness and ineptitude. We must stop America’s decline. We need a strong President again who has always put America First. That man is President Donald J. Trump!”

Former President Donald Trump won the New Hampshire Republican primary against rival, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, on Tuesday.

This victory for Trump makes a November rematch with President Joe Biden more likely than ever now.

This was Trump’s second victory for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination after crushing the Iowa caucus by 30 percentage points.

“Nikki Haley said she’s running to stop the re-election of Harris-Biden. Yet, without a viable path to victory, every day she stays in this race is another day she delivers to the Harris-Biden campaign. It’s time for unity, it’s time to take the fight to the Democrats, and for Nikki Haley: it’s time to drop out,” said Taylor Budowich, CEO of Make America Great Again Inc.

President Donald Trump is the first non-incumbent Republican presidential candidate to win both the Iowa Caucus and the New Hampshire primary back-to-back.

Nikki Haley’s loss comes after her top surrogate, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu, predicted a “landslide” victory for Haley.

Haley is not on the ballot in the Nevada Caucus, and polling shows that she will be defeated in the South Carolina Republican primary.
