Gasoline prices in Florida are once again declining, following a 12-cent increase last week. The increase last week was influenced by rising futures prices for gasoline and crude oil, which propelled the state average to its highest level in three months on Thursday, $3.27 per gallon.
“Futures prices reversed course last week, enabling pump prices to drop 4 cents in past three days,” said Mark Jenkins, spokesman, AAA – The Auto Club Group. “Sunday’s state average was $3.23 per gallon and falling.”
