A Florida man who happens to have six prior felony convictions is preparing to go through the process again.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office K9 and Crime Suppression Units seized trafficking amounts of narcotics and a rifle from the six-time convicted felon during operations focused on combatting the recent spike of gun crimes in Palatka, Florida.
Deputies arrested and charged Lenwell Watts, 42, with multiple counts of possession and trafficking in narcotics, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, destruction of evidence, and resisting an officer without violence.
Watts has been convicted of six previous felonies mostly for drug dealing and was booked into the Putnam county jail with a bond of $51,000.00.
