The investigation began on February 28, 2025, when the Fort Pierce Police Department (FPPD) alerted the FDLE to potential wrongdoing by a former employee. According to the complaint, McKisset was suspected of using company-issued credit cards for unauthorized personal gain.
As the dealership’s accounts administrator, McKisset’s duties included managing daily operational purchases, handling cash deposits, reconciling statements, and issuing checks for company expenses.
FDLE investigators determined that over a period exceeding five years, McKisset allegedly utilized multiple company credit cards to purchase hundreds of items online and acquire Visa gift cards for personal use. The total value of the alleged fraudulent purchases reached $75,000.

Recovered goods included home furnishings, electronics, appliances, toys, furniture, various Disney merchandise, and jewelry.
Following the search, McKisset was arrested and transported to the Saint Lucie County Jail for booking.
The case is set to be prosecuted by the State Attorney Office for the 19th Judicial Circuit.
