A couple in Florida is facing child neglect charges following a disturbing incident where a young boy was found running naked through traffic.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) reported that on September 8th, deputies rescued the child who narrowly escaped being hit by vehicles. The boy was reportedly covered in feces.

Upon recognizing the child, deputies took him to a nearby residence, where they discovered another naked child in a similar condition. Inside the home, authorities found ‘deplorable’ living conditions and prescription medications within reach of five children, all under the age of 12.
Danielle Roberson, 34, and Jacob Roberson, 32, have been charged with five counts of child neglect.

The Department of Children and Families is currently investigating the case.
