Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody blasted President Biden after an illegal was charged with kidnapping and sexual assault of a 13-year-old child.
On Saturday, May 4, suspect Marvin Perez Lopez, an illegal from Guatemala, was arrested for Kidnapping a Minor under 13 years of age and sexual assault.
Through the investigation, detectives learned that Perez Lopez left Guatemala in early January, crossed through Mexico, turned himself in to Border Patrol, was given a court date for some time in 2027, and was released.

“He found his way to Florida at the end of January 2024. Now he is currently being held in the PBC Jail on NO BOND,” said Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
“SICKENING—an unvetted illegal alien, who @JoeBiden welcomed into the country and released under his mass-release program, was arrested just months later for kidnapping a minor and sexual assault,” said Moody on X.
“Grateful for Florida law enforcement, including @PBCountySheriff, who are on the front lines dealing with the disastrous consequences of Biden’s open border, and that this criminal will remain behind bars,” said Moody.
In February, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers apprehended 275 illegal immigrant sex offenders during a nationwide law enforcement effort that ran from February 5-16, 2024.
“ICE is committed to protecting America through the arrest and removal of those who undermine public safety and disregard our laws,” said ICE Deputy Director and Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director Patrick J. Lechleitner. “Thanks to the around-the-clock efforts of our ERO officers, our communities are safe from 275 individuals who have demonstrated their willingness to commit sex crimes against innocent people, including children.”
Although those numbers are staggering, given the number of illegals allowed in the country, those numbers most likely just scratch the surface.
