HUDSON, Fla. – Pasco Sheriff’s Office (PSO) deputies have arrested a 14-year-old student from Fivay High School following an investigation into written threats to kill. The arrest was made earlier today.
The student’s name is being withheld.
The Pasco Sheriff’s Office acted upon receiving information about the threats. Their investigation led to the identification and subsequent arrest of the Fivay High School student.

Authorities have emphasized that there is no current public safety threat to Fivay High School. This reassurance comes as a relief to students, parents, and school staff who may have been concerned by the news of the threats.
PSO released a statement reminding citizens to report any suspicious activity as quickly as possible, underscoring the importance of community involvement in maintaining a safe environment.
“PSO investigates all threats we’re made aware of,” the statement read. “We take all threats seriously and urge parents and guardians to speak with students about the consequences of making threats.”
