Hurricane Milton Remains A Category 5, Threatens Florida With Catastrophic Impacts

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is calling on property owners and management companies to help provide temporary housing for individuals and families displaced by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

FEMA is seeking ready-to-occupy or minimally damaged multifamily units to lease through its Direct Lease and Multifamily Lease and Repair programs. This is an opportunity for property owners to support their community while receiving fair compensation.

Virtual Information Session:

FEMA will host a virtual information session on Thursday, November 21st, at 1:00 p.m. ET to provide details about the programs and answer questions.
