The FBI is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Shelbie Lynn Dwyer, a teenager who disappeared on March 29, 2023. The agency is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to her safe recovery.
Dwyer was last believed to be in the area of Guamuchil, Sinaloa, Mexico. She had traveled from Des Moines, Washington, to Mexico by car. It is believed that she first went to Tijuana, Mexico, before taking a flight from there to Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico, with a layover in Guadalajara.
