NEWPORT NEWS, VA. – The FBI’s Norfolk Field Office and the Newport News Police Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects who robbed the Truist Bank on Denbigh Blvd in Newport News on August 6, 2024.
The robbery occurred around 3:24 PM. The two suspects, both masked, entered the bank and demanded money from a teller. One of the suspects displayed a weapon. The pair then fled in a gold, four-door Hyundai sedan heading south on Warwick Blvd.

The first suspect was described as wearing a pink jacket, a grey hooded jacket, tan pants, and white tennis shoes. The second suspect, who had the weapon, was dressed entirely in black and wore a black face mask.
