HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred Tuesday afternoon in the Fishhawk community.
Deputies responded to a reported stabbing in the 5600 block of Tanagerlake Road around 1:02 PM. Upon arrival, they found an adult male victim with upper body trauma. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

“Our detectives are working tirelessly to uncover the circumstances behind this tragic incident,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “We urge anyone with information to come forward, as we are committed to seeking justice for this individual.”
Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the stabbing. No further details have been released at this time.
