WESTCHASE, Fla. – Tampa attorney Shawn M. Yesner, who is involved in the community in numerous ways, will be honored at a Westchase Scouting Social on June 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the Westchase Golf Club, 11602 Westchase Golf Drive.
The event is open to the community, and attendees will be asked to make a donation to the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council of Boy Scouts of America to support Scouting in this area.
Born in Tampa and raised in Miami, Yesner graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, he enrolled in the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, graduating with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree in 1998.

In 2004, Yesner formed his own firm, focused on helping homeowners keep their homes or get rid of their homes while incurring minimal liability. After building a successful multi-practice firm, he founded Yesner Law, P.L., again with the focus of helping homeowners, consumers and others.
He serves his Tampa Bay community as a volunteer pro bono attorney for the Stetson University College of Law Veterans Law Institute, and the St. Petersburg Bar Association Community Law Program. He is also active within his home community serving on the Board of Directors for the Westchase Community Association. Yesner also coached his sons in soccer for the Westchase Soccer Association and Tampa Bay United, and currently serves as treasurer for Westchase Cub Scout Pack 46.
