PLANT CITY, Fla. – Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire Wednesday afternoon on Lloyd Humphry Lane in Plant City.
HCFR’s Emergency Dispatch Center received the 911 call at 3:20 PM from a first-party caller reporting smoke coming from the wall.
HCFR s Engine 25 was first on the scene, reporting a double-wide mobile home that was fully involved. Crews stretched hose lines through the front door to conduct an aggressive interior attack.
Tanker shuttle operations supplied water to the engine pumping the fire. Crews conducted both primary and secondary searches, and there were no occupants within the house.

There were no reported injuries to civilians or fire personnel. The cause of the fire was determined to be related to an electrical outlet in the home.
The American Red Cross has been called to assist the displaced residents.
