Elderly Woman Loses Control Of Kia, Crashes Into Clearwater House

CLEARWATER, FL. – Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue crews were called to a crash this afternoon where a car struck a house.

The incident occurred at 2:39 p.m. at 2783 Haverhill Drive.

An elderly woman, driving a Kia, lost control of the car and veered into the yard, and then hit the house.

The driver and a passenger were taken to Mease Countryside Hospital as a precaution with possible minor injuries.
