MARION COUNTY, Fla. – Ramon Luis Figeroa, 86, has been arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior. The alleged incident occurred on October 24th, 2024, when Figeroa visited a young girl’s home under the guise of needing assistance with groceries.
According to the victim’s report, Figeroa made inappropriate advances, including physical contact and suggestive comments.

“During this encounter, Figeroa grabbed the victim’s hips, kissed her face, and continued with unwanted advances, asking if she would send him photos, let him assist her in the shower, or watch her through her windows,” the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
The victim was able to escape the situation, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives are concerned that there may be additional victims and urge anyone with information to contact Detective Helinski at 352-816-5473.
