We’re on the first week of the NFL regular season, people, and the hype has already built up. Tons of future bets are already pouring in; you know how it is, but what is exactly up with the odds today?
So many articles and blog owners are already talking about the Super Bowl nowadays that it’s hard to keep up. So, if you’ve just started catching up by reading this article, let us help you with that. Here are some of the favorites to win Super Bowl 57.
Kansas City Chiefs +650
Right now, most NFL fans are on the Chiefs’ side this season, with odds being initially +650 without much difference. The team came off last season with a solid 12-5, which they tied for with the Titans.
However, they lost the #1 seed due to their same standing with Tennessee. Also, their offensive play might be odd since Tyreek Hill is now in Miami. Thankfully, Patrick Mahomes is still in the center with Travis Kelce. This duo is one of the most sought pairs every team is dying to trade for.
Buffalo Bills +750
As everyone knows, the Buffalo Bills have a brutal record with the Super Bowl going for 0-4. But as the regular season is about to start, many people are rooting for the Bills and was even the most voted favorite, going with odds of +750 recently.
The Bills finished last season with 11-6, which was only third in their conference, but they owned a +194 point differential, which is an NFL-best. Not only that, but they also made significant upgrades to their defensive strategy in the offseason by adding Von Miller and getting back with Shaq Lawson.
Los Angeles Rams +1200
The Los Angeles Rams were among the best teams in the NFC, even before adding Von Miller on the defense and Odell Beckham Jr. on the offensive side. With these two acquisitions, experts say that the team just launched itself to a higher level, ending up being an NFL conference division winner, a Lombardi Trophy, and the Super Bowl LVI.
Not only that, but with Cooper Kupp and Aaron Donald, the team made incredible plays last season. And even with Miller not on the team, they brought in LB Bobby Wagner. However, it might be a little too hard for the team right now because of their schedule.
But if they can pass this adversity, the road to the title might not be too hazy. One thing is for sure for this team; it’s a beast and a dangerous one that keeps on adding pressure the more odds stacked against them.
Green Bay Packers +1200
Despite having a smooth ride to another NFC North title, ultimately, the team failed to reach Super Bowl 56. After trips to the NFC Championship games, they were held at 10 points at Lambeau and taken out by the Niners, dubbed one of the worst finishes of an elite team ever.
However, with that said, the team is still a safe bet if you’re looking for a team to get into the postseason and have the odds in their favor. Not to mention the fact that Aaron Rodgers is with them, and the schedule is allowing them to have a chance to earn home field again.
But with all that, the odds of them winning the Super Bowl in 2023 is not that high, especially with the loss of Davante Adams. There’s still a chance if you trust Aaron Rodgers to earn another ring.
Dallas Cowboys +2200
If you’re looking for an underdog favorite, the Dallas Cowboys should be on your list. The Cowboys won the NFC last, ending them with a solid 12-5 before losing a playoff game. Even with that, they have a pretty easy schedule for this season that has a high chance of earning them a spot in the playoffs.
However, oddsmakers bunched them with four other NFC teams with a better chance of winning the conference. So they might have low odds right now, but if they get to the playoffs, they might just have a shot at the Super Bowl.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers +2600
You might think their odds might be a little too low right now, but that’s probably because of Tom Brady’s retirement announcement earlier this year. However, it rebounded when Tom Brady returned to the team out of retirement to continue his career, much to the joy of all his fans. As a result, the team’s current odds can go to +700 or +750 on some betting sites.
Final Words
These are the favorites to win the Super Bowl next year. It might be too early to predict which team will win, but it’s called futures for a reason.
Also, remember that these odds can change in the blink of an eye, so it might be better to give it a shot now if you’re looking at good odds right now. However, the ones in the top rankings have an excellent chance to retain their odds unless something huge happens. So, always be on the lookout.
