WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – A 33-year-old Dundee man, Trinell Alexander Webster, faces three charges of Exposure of Sexual Organs after allegedly exposing himself to women in the Walmart parking lot on Cypress Gardens Boulevard on multiple occasions.
Police reports indicate that Webster, who works in Brandon, would often drive to the Walmart parking lot to “decompress” after work. During these visits, he allegedly parked next to female victims and masturbated while holding a cell phone.

The first reported incident occurred on June 30, when an adult woman waiting in her car witnessed Webster’s lewd act and was left in shock. The second incident took place on July 6, with a mother and her 17-year-old daughter becoming victims. They reported the incident to the police and provided Webster’s vehicle information.
After the July incident, a social media post by one of the victims led another woman to come forward with a similar experience in the same parking lot, further implicating Webster.
Webster was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail on July 9. He faces three charges of Exposure of Sexual Organs, two stemming from the July 7 incident and one from the June 30 incident.
