LAKELAND, Fla. – The Lakeland Police Department is encouraging residents to safely dispose of unwanted medications during National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, October 26th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
This event provides a convenient way to prevent medication misuse and protect the environment. Studies show that many abused prescription drugs are obtained from home medicine cabinets.
