LAKELAND, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a wallet theft and credit card fraud case.
On July 26th, a Lakeland man had his wallet stolen while shopping at the One Stop Shop convenience store on Duff Road. The following day, he received a fraud alert notifying him of unauthorized charges on his credit cards at the Walmart located at 5800 US Hwy 98 North in Lakeland.

Surveillance footage from Walmart captured the two suspects using the victim’s stolen credit cards on July 29th.
