It will benefit you in so many ways with better sleep, better shape and you will feel stronger by building muscle.

A good diet is obviously essential for sustaining a healthy mind, body, and soul. Be conscious of the type of fuel you put into your body; yet, it is also vital to indulge occasionally because, after all, eating is enjoyable. A good way to get a balance is to go by the 80/20 rule. This is where you make sure that 80% of what you eat is healthy and good for your body and the 20% is things that maybe aren’t so great but give you joy in life. It could be a glass or 2 of wine with friends on a Friday night, having pizza or brownies for a treat. Eating is a social activity. It brings people together, it is nurturing, it improves your mental and emotional state, and it is creative. This method also helps to prevent binges and going overboard on unhealthy and processed junk food.
Explore nature
If you live in the city, things can be on the go all the time, you will always have background noise of cars, technology and other things. You may also find that being in nature and surrounded by wilderness every once in a while makes you feel calmer overall. It can help reduce anxiety and stress as well as be great for your body as you are getting out into different areas, breathing in more and better quality oxygen and can connect with nature.
