PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Luis Alberto Guzman Ortiz was located in Hillsborough County, according to Pinellas County Sheriff.
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit were asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 67-year-old Luis Alberto Guzman Ortiz of Unincorporated Clearwater.
According to detectives, Guzman Ortiz was last seen walking northbound on the sidewalk near 23025 US Highway 19 N. Guzman Ortiz was last seen wearing a long-sleeved blue and red plaid shirt, beige shorts, and black sandals.
Guzman Ortiz is believed to be on foot. He suffers from memory issues.

Guzman Ortiz was entered into NCIC/FCIC as a Missing/Endangered Adult.
