Davenport Man Arrested For Felony Dumping: Polk County Sheriff

DAVENPORT, Fla. – A Davenport man was arrested Thursday evening for illegally dumping trash in a residential area. Ernesto Rodriguez Albelo, 40, was taken into custody by Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputies on a felony dumping charge.

The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on February 8th, near midnight. Detectives determined that Rodriguez Albelo dumped multiple trash bags filled with construction debris and household garbage at the dead end of Dunson Road.

When confronted by deputies at his residence in the Bella Toscana neighborhood on February 13th, Rodriguez Albelo claimed he believed he was allowed to dump trash in that location.

Rodriguez Albelo was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail on a felony dumping charge.
