CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. – Despite the challenges posed by Hurricane Milton, Crystal River Primary School and Crystal River Middle School will reopen their doors to students on Monday, October 14th.
While the campuses may look a bit different than before the storm, school officials assure families that classrooms are safe and ready for learning. Principals from both schools are reaching out to families to explain the adjustments made to accommodate ongoing recovery efforts.

The schools are utilizing open classrooms and other available spaces to ensure that learning continues effectively. While there is still work to be done on the campuses, the focus remains on providing a supportive and engaging experience for students.
