Woman In Clearwater Shoots And Kills 26-Year-Old Intruder During Attack In Her Bedroom

Democratic politicians running on tough-on-crime platforms are making names for themselves in many prominent races, and some have even won elections in deep-blue cities drowning in violent crime.

CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater Police homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting in the 1600 block of Flagler Drive.

According to police, at 8:49 this morning, Clearwater Police responded to the residence after a female resident called 911 after she awoke to find an intruder in her bedroom.

The man began attacking her and she was able to grab a gun and shoot him in self-defense.

The 26-year-old man, whose identity will not be released until family members are notified, died at the scene.

The woman’s name will not be released per Marsy’s Law.
