Clearwater Residents Invited To Shape North Greenwood’s Future At ‘Game Of Zones’ Meeting

CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater is inviting North Greenwood residents, business owners, and stakeholders to a crucial community meeting on September 3rd at 6:30 p.m. at the North Greenwood Recreation Center. The “Game of Zones” event will offer an interactive platform to actively contribute to the future development of the Greenwood Community Redevelopment Area.

The meeting’s goal is to gather community input on desired outcomes for the neighborhood and identify priorities for upcoming amendments to the city’s Community Development Code (CDC).

Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, using game boards and 3D models to explore different housing and commercial building types, densities, and other key considerations that will shape future development in the area.
