CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater Police detectives arrested Treco De’Andre Miller, 27, on Saturday for second-degree murder following a fatal shooting at his apartment.
According to police, Miller and the victim, Isaiah Fields, 24, were involved in an argument at Miller’s residence in the presence of mutual acquaintances. The dispute escalated, leading Miller to shoot Fields.

The incident occurred at 4:00 am on Saturday, and upon arrival, officers found Fields deceased at the scene.
Miller was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held at the Pinellas County Jail.
