CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater Police have arrested Nicholas Logan, a Clearwater resident, on multiple charges related to his online interactions with an individual he believed to be a 14-year-old girl. Logan faces six counts of seduction of a child using the Internet and six counts of transmission of harmful material to a minor.
The “14-year-old girl” was actually an undercover detective from the Clearwater Police Department’s Crimes Against Children and Families Unit.
Logan engaged in explicit conversations and sent sexually explicit images, also making plans to meet for sexual activity. He was arrested and is currently being held in the Pinellas County Jail without bond.
