The charges stem from a traffic stop conducted by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office on June 8, 2023. During the stop, deputies found Boree in possession of methamphetamine and the firearm. Boree’s criminal history, including his membership in The Unforgiven, further contributed to the severity of the charges.
