CLEARWATER, Fla. – The city of Clearwater has launched two new online dashboards on the city’s website, adding to the collection of dashboards and interactive portals aimed at continuing the city’s commitment to providing data-driven transparency for residents.
The new dashboards allow the public to view in-depth statistics concerning code compliance and utility customer service.
The Code Compliance Dashboard provides statistics on response times, case resolutions, compliance, and addresses where code violations have been confirmed.

The Utility Customer Service Dashboard provides an in-depth look at total calls received, percentages of calls abandoned and answered in under a minute. The new additions add to the city’s growing collection of dashboards and interactive portals, including Recycling, Human Resources, Affordable and Workforce Housing dashboards, and American Rescue Plan Act and Interactive Budget portals.
