POINCIANA, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in the burglary and theft of a child’s bicycle from Poinciana Elementary School.
The incident occurred on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at approximately 1:37 p.m. at the school, located at 315 Palmetto St.
According to the PCSO, a child’s teal-blue Huffy bicycle with pink lettering and the name “Faith” on it was stolen from the school’s bike rack, which was behind a locked gate.

A surveillance video captured the suspect, who was described as a male wearing a light-colored shirt, denim shorts, and white sneakers. He arrived at the school with another male on a separate bicycle. Both males were seen riding away from the scene towards Osceola County.
The PCSO is asking anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the theft to contact Detective Stribling at 863-236-3976 or via email at EStribling@polksheriff.org.
