PASCO COUNTY, FL. – Deputies have located Teneisha Griffith’s car in Hillsborough County.
“We are still awaiting the cause of death from the medical examiner and are continuing to investigate this case,” said Pasco County Sheriff’s PIO Britney Morris.
On March 24, 2022, Pasco Sheriff’s detectives were alerted to a body found around 1:30 p.m., in the Lacoochee Claysink Rd. & SR 575 area of Lacoochee.
The family of the deceased individual gave Pasco Sheriff’s Office permission to identify her as Teneisha Griffith, 27, of Tampa.
She was originally reported missing from the Tampa Police Department’s jurisdiction. PSO’s investigation into the circumstances of Griffith’s death is ongoing.
