A Florida man and woman have been arrested in a case of Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition and incest in front of children.
Ocala Police Officer Russo initially received a report about Samantha Tober,32, allegedly sending nude images of a seven-year-old child and making statements of sexual abuse to the child.
According to officials, Ocala Police Detective Drake and the Department of Children and Families conducted follow-up investigations.
During the course of the investigation, it was found that the images were child erotica, not sexual abuse material, police say.

Further investigation led Detective Drake to discover videos of Samantha engaging in consensual sexual activities with her biological brother, 34-year-old Leonard Tober, Jr.
The investigation revealed that two child victims were present during these acts of incest, and additional evidence indicated that Samantha committed a sexual crime involving a child.
On August 21, both Leonard Tober, Jr. and Samantha Tober were arrested.
They were charged with Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition (Domestic) and Incest. Additionally, Samantha was charged with Capital Sexual Battery on a child.
