Brooksville Man Dies After Crashing Motorcycle Into Fence On Lake Lindsey Road

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. - A 52-year-old Brooksville man was killed in a crash that happened around 9:40 on Saturday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – A 52-year-old Brooksville man was killed in a crash that happened around 9:40 on Saturday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers say that man was traveling eastbound on Lake Lindsey Road on a motorcycle, just west of Old Crystal River Road.

According to investigators, the man failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and the motorcycle departed the roadway and struck a wood fence.

The man was airlifted to an area hospital, the rider later died from injuries suffered during the crash
