According to deputies, Peter Micheal Basara, 45, was charged with possession with intent to sell fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving a motorcycle without registration, and failure to register as a convicted felon.

Deputies say he was stopped and had no driver’s license, and the motorcycle was unregistered.
Basara also had previous convictions out-of-state for burglary and assault and failed to register in Monroe County as a convicted felon.
Approximately 2.4 grams of fentanyl total was found in separately wrapped baggies during a motorcycle search.
Basara is being held in the Monroe County Jail on no bond.
